There is nothing more magical than pregnancy and childbirth. This magic is what has drawn me to specialize in pregnancy massage and to become a birth doula. Your pregnancy is a journey. I see massage as key to validating your body for the impressive changes it is going through on this journey.

Because I believe so strongly in the power of massage, I highly recommend at least one massage session for all my doula clients. It is a wonderful way for you to connect with your body and for us to develop a connection prior to going into labor. As your doula, I will meet with you during your pregnancy to discuss your hopes for your labor and delivery. I will be available by phone/email as a resource for educational and emotional support. When the time comes, I will provide continuous labor support for you and your partner. Through a variety of comfort measures including massage, aromatherapy, position changes, birth ball, heat/cold therapy, energy work, and visualizations, I will help you to achieve your delivery goals (medicated or not). It is my intention to help you feel empowered as a new mother and to help you create a safe and nurturing environment for the birth of your baby. Each birth is perfect in its own way. As such I have experience with natural childbirth, medicated labors, and assisted births including cesarean section. I also speak Spanish.
