I feel blessed to be able to work with pregnant and parenting women as I believe childbirth is a truly transformative time.   I believe women have the innate knowledge to create, birth, and care for their babies; and it is our job as support people to trust women in their ability to listen within.

As a doula, I will meet with you several times before your birth to discuss your wishes, hopes, fears, and emotions connected to your birth.   I will be available for questions/concerns, be with you throughout the birth, and visit your new family at your home.   I will share my knowledge as a childbirth educator, counselor, as well as a mother to help you during this powerful and amazing time.

Along with being a doula, I have my Masters in Counseling, I am a "Birthing from Within" Childbirth Preparation Mentor, and maker of Soothing Mama After-birth Bundles.
