Birth is an incredible, wonderful beginning for the journey of parenting. As a Doula I provide emotional, physical and information care that moms and families need. I use flexibility in responding to mom and dad's needs with encouragement, positions, breathing and massage.

I have supported many births as a Doula, and love to help families at this important time in their lives. My experience includes over twenty years teaching childbirth classes and supporting breastfeeding both in
the US, and in an Asian context.

It would be a privilege to provide labor support for you during your birth experience. After an initial interview, I offer a prenatal visit, and a postpartum visit. Also, I am available for private Childbirth Preparation to meet your needs
