I truly believe that birth is natural. And that every expecting woman deserves to be cared for, encouraged and supported during labor and delivery.   This is the most special time in a woman's life.   I am experienced in home, hospital as well as birth center births.   I have been a Doula since 2003. I am a mother of a beautiful son. My birth experience was not only positive but even more so empowering.   It was my own experience with my Doula that has motivated in me this burning desire to help empower other mothers to be.

My Prenatal services include free interview, prenatal visit, additional visits (1-2) as needed for questions or concerns. Birth services include continuous physical, emotional and informational support to mothers and families before, during and just after childbirth. I keep an open mind to different types of massage, relaxation, breathing techniques, visualization, position changes, and emotional support to help move labor along.
