I have been trained as a Doula since 2005, and I offer support throughout your pregnancy, labor and delivery.   I encourage you to trust yourself and your intuition.   My goal is that you feel in control of your experience; you have the information you need to make the best choices for you at every moment along your birth journey.   I help you with changing positions, breathing techniques, massage, and making you comfortable with emotional and physical support.   Partners are always especially grateful to have a trained support person to guide and support them as well.   Additionally, I document your birth with pictures and you receive a photo journal at our final home visit.

I have also been certified as a Holistic Health Practitioner since 2001, and my experience as a massage therapist is beneficial to pregnant women with pre and post-partum massage treatments, as well as massage during labor.
