My experience is as a Postpartum Doula, providing a wide variety of professional and personal services.
I have attended to the individual needs of mother, child and family for ten years.
I believe a mother and baby need time for recuperating, breastfeeding, and bonding. These require time and I assist in the other areas of life.
Such services are: excellent cooking and meal planning, care of multiples and siblings as well as pets. I also grocery shop, run errands, take mom and baby to appointments, assist with breastfeeding, and baby care.
My credentials include 2 children, ages 7 and 12. I've been seen on local TV News and extensively featured in Dr. Marshall Klaus' new book: The Doula Book.
