My name is Tracy Hanson. My husband and I have 4 children, ages 14-22 years old. I have been a birth & post-partum doula for 8 1/2 years. I have been a lactation educator for 1 1/2 years. I have had the joy of educating and supporting over 200 families through the birth process. I have also supported many, many families as a post-partum doula. Over the last 5 years or so, I have had many families ask me to help them with getting their baby to sleep through the night. Now, since every baby is an individual, I always start with finding out some basic things about baby, and, of course, how/what the baby is doing with nighttime sleep for mom and dad. I then explain to mom and dad what my approach is to teaching baby to have good sleep and eventually sleep through the night. If mom and dad are interested in my services, then we schedule at least 3-5 nights in a row, for me to be at their home to provide my sleep training services.
